Chef Keven Kvalsten, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis, brings decades of global and local culinary experience to event and catering services. Raised in Arizona and Wisconsin, he developed a love for regional flavors before apprenticing at the Michelin-starred La Roche Le Roy in France, where he mastered classical techniques. His career spans leading roles at Minnesota restaurants and hotels—including Radisson BLU Minneapolis Downtown, Emery Hotel, and Hilton Minneapolis—where he honed the art of creating memorable dining experiences for large-scale events and intimate gatherings alike. With a passion for hospitality and strong ties to local farms and producers, Keven crafts menus that balance classic tradition with unexpected touches, ensuring every catered occasion feels both elevated and warmly personal.

Williams Director of Catering & Convention Services
Tina has spent 16 years in the hotel industry, with the last eight dedicated to mastering catering and events. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending car events whenever she can. As the Director of Catering and Convention Services, Tina brings extensive experience across a wide range of event types, including corporate meetings, holiday parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, and weddings. She is passionate about transforming ideas into exceptional experiences!
